Since the age of 14 I have always loved group exercise. I love the energy that is created with a group of people sweating together. I became certified to teach group fitness in 2000 and started teaching step, cycle, strength, boot camp, kick boxing, etc. and have never turned back. I enjoy making people feel like they have accomplished something all while having a great time doing it. It is my great pleasure to keep motivating and moving and making people work hard all while having a great time.
