paula-resizedI have always led an active lifestyle. So much so, that my first job after graduating from Oregon State University in 1993 was as the front desk manager at a local gym.  I had never taken group fitness classes until I was exposed to them during this time.   I took a break from working to have two daughters, but not a break from the gym and fitness.  I attended classes regularly and one day it occurred to me that I wanted to start teaching instead of attending!

I have been teaching and training clients ever since that time in 2001. I have multiple national certifications in group fitness and personal training, as well as certificates to teach TRX, pound, indoor cycling, bosu balance ball, and many other specialized classes. It has always been my desire to open my own fitness studio so that I could really be a part of the community that has made my life so full. I am thrilled to be able to offer a place for people of all fitness levels and experience to come and work out in a comfortable and fun environment that will make them feel successful every time they come in the door.
