I love teaching group fitness – it is so inspiring to see people feel better about themselves and have fun while working out! I began teaching step aerobics in 1997 at Oregon State University, and have never looked back. I am an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor who teaches multiple formats including cycle, step, group lifting, kickboxing and core. I love spending time outdoors biking, hiking and playing with my two wonderful kids, husband and dog!
