A lifelong athlete, I’ve always been sweating it out in one way or another. Going from 20-30 hour weeks of practice to fitness on my own was tough, but it wasn’t until I closed the door on competitive sports that I became a health and fitness fanatic! Now a certified health coach, spin instructor and personal trainer, I get to help other people sweat it out and get healthy every day. Spin for me is the perfect combination of instruction and self motivation, sweat and good beats. No matter what kind of day I’m having, I leave with a smile, a sweaty shine and a good mood.
