From the moment I took my first indoor cycling class, I was hooked… already a yoga instructor and personal trainer, leading group cycling quickly became my favorite format! I love blending motivating music with a workout that challenges you to push past your mental boundaries and physical comfort zones. Making connections and building community while all working towards our own personal goals, I look forward to every class because I know that what we put into it, we will get out of it tenfold in joy and better health!
