With exercising, sports and biking being a large part of my life I have accumulated many designations and certificates along the way. I am a certified health coach and hold certificates to teach NASM, AAFA, TRX and Pound. My specialties include; small group training and cycle boot camps. I am also able to help educate and guide you to your goals with weight loss and nutrition support.
